.update.

Wow, so much for keeping this blog updated everyday, lol.

So much has happened in the past week.

For starters Hannah was in the hospital for 3 days. She had an abcess and a pretty bad bad infection along with it. My MIL had to fly out here and help me out with Rhianna since I couldn't leave the hospital. It was a very stressful week..first Lucas had to go back from R&R then 2 days later Hannah in the hospital.

Hannah was able to come home on friday afternoon and will be on antibiotics for a few weeks. She is feeling much better though!

Rhianna and I went to open house at her school last friday and met her preschool teacher. The first day of school was today actually. She really loves it! I'm so glad, I was really worried that she would be scared or miss me alot but she did great!

I have decided to start a family blog for our family and friends since we are so far away from everyone now, I thought this would be a good idea! Maybe Lucas will even get on here and post his own updates since he is deployed right now.

Today was a rough day. Lucas had to leave and head back overseas, R&R is over. We had 15 awesome days together though. I thank God everyday for the time that we get to spend together as a family. I truly am blessed with a wonderful husband and 2 amazing little girls. Rhianna had a really hard time saying goodbye to her Daddy today, it was harder on her today than it was when he left at the beginning of this deployment. I guess she understands now that he really is going to be gone for a long time. She calmed down after coming home and drawing Lucas a picture then she took a nap..thank goodness. Hannah is doing ok, she doesn't understand as much as Rhianna does. Hannah got alittle upset when we got home because Daddy wasn't here..and later she started calling for Lucas when she got in trouble (of course, lol).

It will take us a few days or maybe even a week or more to readjust to Lucas being gone again. I know we will be ok...we have to be. Lucas is so much fun to be around, life is alot less interesting without him running around in the house. We are on the downhill slide of this deployment though..I'm hoping this time flies by!

On another note, Rhianna starts school in alittle over a week. We got a letter from the school and she is going to have the teacher that I wanted! Yay! Also, she is going to be in the afternoon class, which is kinda good because she is not a morning person at all! I'm excited for her to go to preschool, but alittle sad at the same time..she's growing up so fast.
